There are several ways of developing an internal water flow and drainage. But, basically, what these methods do is to channel the h2o into a drain, which is a pipe of some trademarked product, which will be the one to pump the h2o out of the underground room.

But if it does, the internal water flow and drainage (patented or not) will automatically drive the h2o from the underground room and out to the exterior of the home.
